UP IN THE AIR

We are excited to be planning the 2021 Hummingbird Roundup and to see the many friends that have joined us through the years. It was a tough decision to cancel our public banding last year but there was no way to hold it within the CDC and state guidelines. Stay tuned. We are crossing our fingers that virus numbers will continue to go down and we won’t be forced to cancel again this year at the last minute.

One thing I can tell you for sure. There will be masks and there will be distancing in the trapping and banding areas. And there will be hummingbirds! Last year we handled 323 new and returned hummers at our roundup.

Thank you for your patience with our situation. Our Roundup visitors have always been so courteous and kind. We just want everyone to be safe and to have an amazing time.
